The food was good, no complaints there, but definitely overpriced. Unfortunately, the overall experience fell short. The atmosphere feels run-down, the wait time was far too long, and the place gives off the vibe of a decaying joint. Honestly, not worth the trip despite the decent flavors.

Great little hole in the wall for authentic Mexican food. I pulled up to the drive thru which appears out of service, drove to the window and after a couple minutes a sweet abuelita came and took my order. $13 for pollo asada, frijoles and arroz. Chicken was delicious

Humble little cocina with amazing food at a great price. The dining area is crude and not much in terms of shelter from the heat. But it has the genuine feeling of a community fixture, and the food is amazing. I’ve only been twice, but both times I got amazing food at an amazing price. Everyone I interacted with was varying levels of helpful and friendly, but there was nothing to complain about, and they were very pleasant and helpful. My second time around, I came to put in an order of ten tacos for myself and two family members. It was around 3:30pm, and it was an intensely hot day, even by Phoenix standards. The gal was wearing a mask & gloves today, they must have read prior reviews and made adjustments <3 Authentic and fresh, the tortillas are made to order, carnitas burrito was delicious, rolled tacos were very fresh! My god this is good Mexican food. Fresh cotija quesadilla, I need a nap after this feast - we got 4 plates (2 each because hungry hippos) for $32
