My long-time favorite, my "happy place." Whenever I'm in Milwaukee I try to eat here. I have brought many friends and colleagues here and they have all loved it as well.

It’s honestly disappointing because they used to be so good. I’ve never been somewhere that automatically adds a tip for a party of 3 — that was really unexpected. On top of that, our pupusas came out raw. We let them know, and they took the same ones back and brought them out again shortly after, barely cooked more. At that point, we didn’t even want to keep going back and forth, so we just left it alone. Really sad to see the quality and service go downhill.

👌 excellent food. One of the best "Sopa de Res" beef vegetables soup, this flavor is authentic salvadorean flavor. Rebeca was my server, she did an excellent job. Thank you!

food was great and authentic i now because I'm 100%el Salvadorian. Took my dad there . He loved the desert. empanadas from El Salvador are not the same as from any other place it's a delicate deep fried banana stuffed with delicious cream n covered in sugar . He still talks about it . the delicious steak my son had was sauteed in onions and green onions served with tomatoes cucumbers n lettuce and beans n rice . If you're American like my son you will absolutely love the flank steak dinner best food in all Wisconsin. if u never tried a pupusa before you should . the" revuelta" meaning mixed in English is the way to go for 1st timers . Delicious made from scratch especially the soups (sopas). Sopa marisco extremely delicious with mussels, salmon, shrimp and calamari. Simply out of this world. Also tortillas were all home made - all slightly different shapes. The pan fried fish was fresh, crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside. It is rare to go to a restaurant on Christmas Eve to find everything made from scratch. Just superb.
