El Salto del Tigre - Barra Marina

I've had the opportunity to eat at Zoldia's restaurants in Peru - this truck is the most authentic Peruvian street food you can find. Absolutely amazing and I cannot recommend this enough. Stop reading reviews and go to El Salto Del Tigre. You'll thank me later.

Great food, great service. Wide varieties of leche de tigre - tried both the classic and leche de leon and both had great flavor and unique presentation that I haven't seen anywhere else in Miami. Between me and the wife have also tried the salchipapas, wings, mostrito, and lomo saltado. All great, and the chaufa that comes with mostrito delicious as well so the chaufa plates must be good! If you want to spice it up ask for matachalaco which is a house hot sauce that brings both heat and flavor. Frozen lemonade made fresh also really good, don't overlook it. Do check the Instagram because hours may sometimes vary and it is the way to learn about specials like picarones and anticuchos, and weekend special desserts or promotions. Highly recommend!

Had a Leche de Tigrillo and some delicious BBQ wings at El Salto del Tigre food truck in Kendall last week. The food was delicious, the service wonderful. El Zoldia and Eka are great hosts and their hot sauces are to die for.🥵Best Frozen Lemonade I’ve had in Miami too! Will be back!

This place is a gem! You have to try the pollo Broster! But in reality, everything that I have tried here has been delicious! Great quantity and even better quality food! Take it from me? I married a Peruvian woman and have been to Peru multiple times! The food served here is like your Peruvian grandmother’s home cooking it’s soooooo good. I give this place a solid 10/10! I come two to 3 times a week so trust me when o say it’s always on point!

Excellent authentic Peruvian food. They have one of the best ceviche I've tried and the Lomo saltado also was great. Been here two times already and planning to keep coming back for more. Service is very friendly you will be treated like family.
