I had a burrito and my friend had a quesadilla. The quality of the portions and the flavor was just not there. The prices weren't bad. The service was good. It was the most bland Mexican food I've ever had. I definitely won't go back there again. I'd rather go to Taco Bell 🤪

We had the best experience stopping in here on a Saturday night. Best salsa verde we’ve ever had - the owner makes it fresh himself! The chips, tortillas and everything are hot and freshly made. I had the carne fajitas which were amazing and my man got a humongous burrito that was packed with flavor. We’re so full, but taking churros to go and wings for my FIL. Support this incredible small biz with the hardest working owner if you’re ever in the area. Will be back for sure!

Overall I was very confused why this restaurant was given such high reviews. I was very underwhelmed. We came to Jamesburg just for the restaurant because of the high reviews. I do not plan to return. Food (3/5): the portions were small, especially for the chips and guacamole. I order a chicken and cheese quesadilla and the chicken was grizzly and it was unflavored. My daughters got a burrito and cheese quesadilla and both were bland and neither of them loved them. Service (3/5): there was only one server for the whole restaurant and he seemed overwhelmed. He was not checking in with us consistently. Atmosphere (2/5): was a small space and loud.

5 tables for 4 inside. Has an outdoor seating area as well. Cute interior. Great food that are reasonably priced, with a jumbo sized servings. I think the Fajita I had was at least 1.2 - 1.5 times the size of what you expect in other restaurants. Empanadas: great! Would eat again. Had Chorizo Guacamole: great! Deliciously limey with fresh chips. Would eat again. Pechuga ala Mexicana: good Mixta Fajitas: great! Would eat again. El pastor taco: great! Fresh and fragrant. Not dry at all.

New business in Jamesburg. Very clean and festive. Great service and excellent food. We had the camarones empanizado and Castillo de res. Beautiful plating - fresh fried shrimp were delicious - the grilled ribs too were delicious. Will definitely return and try other things.
