If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Aaliyah and Areli at El Rincón Paleteria y Neveria made our visit unforgettable. Their friendly smiles and genuine recommendations turned a simple dessert run into a real experience. I tried the concha with ice cream—absolute perfection! The concha was fresh, soft, and slightly warm, which made the ice cream melt just enough into every sweet, bready bite. You can tell everything is made with care. These two truly go above and beyond with their customer service. They're the kind of employees that make you want to come back again and again. Already planning my next visit!

I had a very disappointing experience at this store. From the moment my family and I walked in, the employee working there had a very rude attitude toward us for no apparent reason. As customers, we expect to be treated with basic respect, and it is part of their job to provide good service. When it was time to pay, another employee came out and we completed our payment without any issues. We then sat down and ate our food. However, as we were leaving, the girl wearing blue yelled at us in front of other customers, which made us feel embarrassed and unfairly judged, even though we had already paid. This situation was very unprofessional and made our visit extremely uncomfortable. I hope the management addresses this issue so that other customers are treated with respect in the future.

These drinks were delicious! I loved the variety of options and how efficient the cashier and server were. They worked together and they not only repeated our order but offered recommendations too.
