Customer Reviews
Nothing authentic about this place. Every Mexican I know would be appalled. As someone else stated in another review, I genuinely think Taco bell would be more authentic to anyone who has been around authentic Mexican food. Took 35 minutes and the food was terrible. They gave us free tacos after we waited so long and it was just a waste of more food, none of it is worth the risk. You can't even pick the tacos up, they are soggy and sitting in water less than 5 mins from the restaurant. We ordered Flautas and street tacos. Tacos were soggy and falling through the bottom even though there were THREE regular sized taco shells per taco. Maybe 6 pieces of diced onion on the whole box with a single shredded leaf of cilantro.🤦 Rice may as well have been mashed rice, and the canned food taste is
The best Mexican food by far in the region, and that's including Oil City and Franklin. We eat out a lot and like to try all the Mexican restaurants we can and nothing comes anywhere close to this spot. Although it's in a unique location, the food is great with a true authentic homemade taste. Portion sizes are really good too. The street tacos, corn, and the queso covered burrito are our favorites. The Tres leches cake is tasty as well.
The best refried beans you will ever have! Love the rice too. If you can get them to make you the burrito with birria and then covered in queso, you will die of happiness! So much food you will have to take half home. And do NOT sleep on the tres leches cake. My husband orders it by the tray. Maria and her girls are the nicest people!!
We give this place a thumbs up! The chicken street tacos were good, and the calabzita or squash tacos were very good as well. And tres leches! Charming atmosphere in an old gymnasium complete with a running track above. Several craft vendors have spaces along the perimeter of the gym and there’s another food vendor as well. Cute and funky! Great place to get served pretty quickly after the Roughneck Roubaix gravel races or whenever you happen to be here! Right around the corner from the Titusville ironworks.
Their food is always delicious. Best refried beans I've ever had. Dine in is comfortable and take out is always packed well and hot. My only complaint is that they're not open more often.
