I drove from New Jersey to Maryland for a soccer tournament and was seriously craving something good to eat. El Rincón de Elías popped up on Google, and I’m so glad it did. We ordered the pollo con tajadas, tacos dorados, pupusas, and horchata, everything was absolutely delicious. You can truly tell the food is made with love. I had the chance to meet the owners and learned it’s a family-operated spot. husband, wife, and kids. and they were incredibly welcoming. The atmosphere felt warm and genuine, just like the food. I’m hoping to make it back before we head back to New Jersey. Highly recommend! I also liked that they had a window with sticky notes with bible verses written on them. ❤️
