El Rancho Viejo Mexican Restaurant

Me and my family were passing through Eureka after our weekend at the lake and decided to patronize this establishment. But after decent service I went and paid my bill. Not leaving a tip cause I do that in cash and dont believe a server should pay taxes on charged tips. But in my mistake I left the tip blank when signing my receipt. So the server decided to fraudulently add himself another tip of 10 dollars because apparently my 20% tip cash wasn't good enough. Wouldn't trust this place with anyone's business unless you like to have money stolen from your account without your knowledge unless you track every penny. Im a disabled veteran who they had no problem taking advantage of. Hope karma catches up with this dishonest establishment 💯

Some of the best Mexican food I've had in a long time, and the service was great as well. It was also super easy for my daughter who is in a wheelchair to get around.

Oh, my! So pleasantly surprised after several years of different owners who knew nothing about Mexican food. Absolutely delicious! Had a beef chimi, which came with the usual rice and beans, plus toppings for the chimi. The rice was absolutely the best rice I have EVER had in a Mexican restaurant. Everything was really yummy. Good margaritas, too! We will be back!

Food and service were amazing. Portions were big and beverages were cold. Chips and salsa could almost be a meal here .My buddy and I were driving semis and had to park a little ways away but that’s not their fault!! Well worth the little walk for food that good. Definitely be stopping back when we are down that way again.

This is a simple Mexican restaurant with good food. Big portions. They left a big bottle of salsa for our table of 6 (awesome!!) so that we could refill ourselves salsa dishes ourselves. Chips and salsa were good (not spicy for me but I’ve got a high tolerance). Highly recommend the chimichanga if you like cheese sauce!! My combo plate was great! Margaritas are out of a bottle so don’t really recommend those - but they are cheaper than most places these days 🙌🏻
