El Rancho Plus

Their salsa and chips - I think whole grain chips. No one is trying to eat healthy at a Mexican restaurant! We orders nachos. What came out was soup nachos. It’s like they mixed chicken and salsa. Never seen nachos like this! (And not in a good way.) The enchiladas were slop. Not even rolled corn tortillas enchiladas. It appears they put scraps in a bowl, put cheese on top, and then melt it to sell it. Our other entree- fajitas that tasted like asian Mongolian BBQ. No kidding ! We ended up leaving right after the entrees were served. They charged us for everything and didn’t offer to take anything off the check. Went to a pizza place.

I took my mom to this place because I was curious how their food was. I didn’t have any wait time when I asked for a table for 2. They greeted us with excellent service and the wait for the food wasn’t that long. The food was great and freshly cooked. They did an amazing job and all the workers were super friendly. I think it’s a great place to eat for any families interested in Mexican restaurants

Absolutely Gross... Ordered the chimichanga, Absolutely bland as hell. No flavor. No flavor on the rice, or beans. This is a cut above cafeteria food. If you want Mexican, drive 15 minutes To leesburg at a restaurant called del rio. There you will see what food is. The one good thing was the service.

This has been my go-to Mexican restaurant in Purcellville for years even after I moved 45 min away. I'm hoping my dining experience with my family yesterday was an anomaly. Inside temp was very warm and didn't improve enough to be comfortable despite repeated requests to crank up the AC. Service was distracted and generally MIA. Server observed sitting near the bar on the phone. Fortunately, there more staff arrived so Service improved. Food, normally fresh homemade like was not great. My black beans looked like they were from a can and microwaved and dry. My family members said the food was just OK. Disappointing, in general, especially since three family members drove from MD

For over 20 years, my family and I have been eating at El Rancho Plus. Great service and food with wonderful employees. The cheese enchiladas are my favorite. This restaurant is my favorite.
