EL Rancho Mexican Restaurant

We decided to go through after someone told me that the food was good. When we arrived it was definitely a steady night especially with only three servers working that night. It took a decent time for our server to come over to take our order. I found a bone in my enchiladas verdes and our server never came over to check on our meal. We had to flag down someone else to let them know about the bone. The mind blowing thing is that our server comes over with the check before my replacement meals evens comes out. I’ve been to this restaurant a couple of times and wasn’t a fan of it. I won’t be back to that restaurant.

The food was much to spicy to eat ,even the rice was too hot. Normally I only get chicken taco salad but my husband wanted to "surprise" me with something different, shrimp and rice it was even too hot 🥵 for him and that says a lot. I may try them one more time with the taco salad but I'm sure it will be a while .

Husband dropped money while getting up and the waitress said it was hers and took it... Food was good, buffet gone. Service was slow. Nothing special but ok

The food here is sooo good, everything I’ve gotten is amazing. I’ve tried the tacos, tortas, taquitos and more but it’s all good

Customer service is always great. Food is never bad. Favorite place for fresh guacamole and queso!
