I went to this Honduran restaurant to pick up a baleada — the food here is actually pretty good — but I had the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I called in my order ahead of time for pickup. When I arrived, the restaurant was nearly empty (just two couples seated), and the waitress was attending one of them. I stood there waiting while she literally took eight minutes, chatting and laughing with the customers instead of acknowledging that there was a customer waiting. She even looked at me but didn’t bother to say anything. I finally left. A short while later they called to say my order was ready. When I explained what happened, she just laughed and hung up on me. First time here Great food and service, we order the sopa de mariscos, pastelitos, Baliada, tacos hondureños and horchata everything had good flavors we be back again.

Came here for the first time for lunch. It was empty except 1 person sitting at the bar. The place smelled disgusting like the dirtiest public restroom you've ever been to. I was so excited to eat some Honduran food but walked out because of the smell.

I came to this restaurant just because i wanted to get a tres leches (dessert) for my mom on mother’s day. What a bad choice of place. The cake was completely expired, looking bad and i heard that she said to her friend “how long has been this cake in the fridge”. She said 3 days. Super disappointed of this place and the desserts that they're selling to their first customers.

The food is excellent and the environment is very pleasant. The drinks are also good overall everything was great. The only thing I’d suggest is that the waiters show a bit more charisma and improve customer service. Other than that, it was an excellent experience!
