El Pollon

I had a very disappointing experience at El Pollon today. I came in and was waiting for my order to be taken when the man working the cashier (with a clear attitude) told me to ask one of the women serving food to take my order instead. Edit: I wrote this review on behalf of someone I know who had a bad experience and didn’t feel comfortable speaking up. After posting it, two of your employees named Isabel and Pedro contacted the customer through social media, pleading and threatening them to delete it within 24 hours. This is harassment. No staff should privately contact customers over reviews. People have every right to share their experiences on platforms like Google. That’s the whole purpose of reviews. I went in today and picked up a whole chicken to be the centerpiece of our Sunday family dinner. The girls at the counter were friendly and very helpful. The price was good for the high quality, speed of service, and the convenience. When I carved up the chicken and served it to everyone they went wild over how incredible it tasted. The two flavors of dipping sauces were also a big hit! Thank you very much to the fine folks at El Pollon in Ranson!!!

El Pollon is fantastic! The food is always fresh and full of flavor, and the portions are generous for the price — you definitely get your money’s worth. The service is quick, and the restaurant is always clean and well-kept. The staff are friendly, attentive, and make you feel welcome every time. Great food, great prices, and great people — I’d recommend El Pollon to everyone!

Our food was good - my lomo saltando was delicious and very filling...! Her pork chops may have been a little overcooked but still tasty.

First time here. We found this spot by accident and were impressed with the flavor and quality of the food. Watch out for the green sauce, it has a bit of a kick to it.
