El Pollo Sierreño #8

We had the half chicken dinner for 2 people. The seasoning was perfect and the dark meat moist and tender. The white meat was a bit dry but had good flavor. The rice was tasty and the beans are great! Great salsa and chips! Two things need improvement-better napkins and plastic ware. I will say they were open on Christmas Eve!!

Everything was delicious! We ordered the whole chicken meal with beans and rice. Came out in less the ten minutes. Food was fresh, hot, and some of the best chicken I had in Texas. Highly recommended.

Food is fantastic and they give you generous portion for the money. This is real food from their local region.. Don't come here and say the local Tex Mex place is better. It's apples and oranges. They do serve burgers and fries also. We came this week for Christmas time with extended family. Found this place and we ate there twice. We had sopes, tortas, gorditatas, chips and salsa. The gorditas are gigantic! You can order a half or whole chicken, too! We tried beef, chicken, and pastor. All great flavor. The place is just the proverbial hole in the wall. But clean and orderly. You order at the register, pay, then pick up your chips and salsa. The chips have seasoning salt, great flavor! The salsa is fresh. The food is fantastic and served on Styrofoam picnic plates with plenty of napkins

I e had the street beef tacos and the quesadillas (beef) they were so yummy. Salsa and green sauce are so good.

Customer Service from a lady was very rude. We have been looking forward to trying this restaurant and she was so cold when I was placing my order. but the gentleman that were there working really nice and they asked how was everything very attentive the lady was just so rude. I don’t understand how and why so for the food it was good, but the chicken was somewhat dry other than that everything was great I don’t know if I will be back. I don’t know if that lady was the owner but if she was, she needs to not be taking orders and maybe she needs to be in her office.
