El Pollo Loco

I recommend the double chicken tostadas they are absolutely the best. It took a while longer to get my order but the place was busier than usual. Their dinning area was clean.

This place is always a let down. I had some great pollo loco by mile square park last week and decided to get some today. I got it at this place because it is so close to me. This place is awful. The avocado salsa was basically water. They did not give me the dressing for my salad and the chicken was dry. Go to Fountain Valley location. This place is not good at all.

Parking lot little bit small , other than that food was delicious 100 % recommended want to mention a lady working front counter she is very nice and sweet , always helping costumers , if I don’t mistake her name is Maribel and Carlos good team .

The staff here sucks the cashier really couldn’t give me the food by the drive through instead she told me to come pick it up inside. Extremely frustrating

This is absolutely ridiculous. I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru line for an original pollo bowl but received this mediocre bowl with very few pieces of chicken. WHAT were they doing in there, what took them so long. The cook definitely wasn’t preparing or checking my order to ensure customer satisfaction. With ONLY 2 people in the drive thru and it wasn’t busy inside either. This is completely unacceptable. I will be returning tomorrow and requesting a refund. Areli was VERY nice. That was the only positive thing about this visit.
