El Pollo Loco

Went through the drive through and ordered a chicken quesadilla. When I finally got home and tried to enjoy my meal, I was disappointed. The cheese is not even melted. This looks sad. The staff was very nice and the drive thru was busy at the time, but food is so expensive right now and this is unacceptable. I’m giving them three stars because the drive thru cashier was very nice and he worked well under pressure, otherwise I’d give it 2. Just wish the food quality was better.

It started out on the wrong foot. First I wasn’t able to order online. So I walked in waited about four or five minutes to get someone to take my order. I wanted a 16 family. I was told that it would be a little wait. No problem I’ll wait. Got home and we had only two sides. I should have checked it before I left. This is the second time in a row it’s been screwed up. This store and S Riverside.

This Pollo loco is always messing up our food to go but this time it got us to the limit. My husband went to buy some Mac and cheese with rice and they forgot the rice, they gave him another Mac and cheese but one of the Mac and cheese was bad like it was expired or something like that. I put some pics of it hoping the company see it and make something about this location that always are messing our order!

When making our order at the drive thru, I made sure to ask for some juicy and no burnt chicken please. After receiving my 16 piece family meal half burnt and falling apart, we go through the drive thru to for a second time so they can correct the order. We get sent back around through the drive thru for a third time to receive the order. To our suprise when we get home, out order now had two wings with the feathers still attached.

Ordered the birria tacos, container was literally half way, asked for creamy cilantro I was given 3 that were a quarter full, might as well have given one that was actually full. Mac and cheese was watery. Definitely not worth it
