The prices at this location have gotten absolutely out of control. I was so shocked when I went in today, I just ended up leaving. Shame because the food is good otherwise.
I started working in the area I go to lunch same time . 7:40 there out of chicken or don’t have a side I went through drive through and they have gotten my order wrong and I went in and my order was still wrong
Service was fast and friendly the place is clean and food was great.
I just left this place about 20 minutes ago. I get home to eat my food. The cilantro sauce that I purchased for an additional $.89 was watery didn’t taste like cilantro at all the avocado in my double chicken bowl is extremely hard. Some of the lettuce is dead horrible horrible experience.
I liked this new location. Pollo Loco has good deals when you are on a budget, especially when you use their app.
