El Pollo Loco

Got the new salad. It was crisp fresh and yum. Chicken avocado burritos good and hard tacos

Pollo Loco is delicious. We go here probably once every 2 weeks. We always get a 16 piece family meal because there are 5 of us (2 adults 3 children). The 16 pieces of chicken, 3 large sides, tortillas and salsa are just right. However, I wish the side salad was filled up more, it always comes half way filled. So getting a large family meal, paying a good price and then getting a extra small salad is sad. The price can be up there, so I go when there are specials on the rewards app or even with coupons that come thru the mail.

El Pollo Loco always uses fresh ingredients. The food is very tasty, almost homemade type. The staff is friendly and attentive, they are really good having your food punctually when you order online, too. My favorite is Double Chicken Avocado Tostada. Uhmm, so good!! And the avocado and cilantro sauces.... delicious!!

If I could give it no stars I would. I didn’t know I ordered a rice and bean bowl. Thought it’s a pollo bowl but apparently they gave me scraps of chicken. It’s ridiculous!
