El Pollo Loco

Chipotle quesadilla. NOT!!! No cheese or chipotle sause. Chicken was very dry Guacomole is like a day old. They were just trying to get rid of it. They put a lot of beans and bean juice. Very little rice and chicken and no street corn flavor very disappointing.

Very minimum of everything on my two tosada salads ordered in drive thru; a house spoon of rice,beans, salsa and could count the pieces of chicken on one hand. Got five containers of green sauce because each one was 1/4 filled and the ranch also came in less than half filled containers, no packs like it used to come.

All the workers there don't care how they make the food. They always serve old food. All the workers always look super dirty and they really just don't care. Please stop hiring a bunch of young kids that don't give a crap about the food that they serve

The chicken was amazing. I love the way that it was prepared the staff that assisted us, however wasn’t too pleasant. I asked for a specific item and was given another item instead of the one that I ordered that was pretty frustrating, but for the most part, the chicken was good

I came in with coupon and the girls told me to order on the kiosk and I needed help and she was not trying to help me and she said the coupon I had doesn't exist and she pulled out a paper that had the same coupon and she still told me that I had to order in the kiosk when clearly I still needed assistance, mind u that they have a sign to don't hesitate to ask for help....the worst service ever
