How can roadside food truck food be this good? I have no idea, but the food here is amazing. The whole chicken dinner features a whole chicken that has been cut up, rice, beans, grilled jalapeno, and grilled onion, supported by flour tortillas and crispy corn tortillas, and salsa. The dinner easily feeds 3 with leftovers for 1 lunch. The whole flame grilled chicken is amazing, juicy inside with some very tastey blackened spots that are just perfect. It is hard to get those blackened spots without overdoing it, but this truck has the flame grill dialed in to perfection and gets the essential blackening done perfectly.
