REVIEW #2 (4/16/25 - 2 days later) TL;DR: Awesome food! Maybe call ahead 😉 DETAILS: Headed over to this food truck 2 days after my first trip - they didn't have everything available on the menu but the stuff they did have was very good. I got a simple taco "con asada" and a pupusa. I've never had a pupusa, but the sauces and slaw they give you with it is great! Taco was authentic and flavorful (again, the sauce they provided was excellent with it). They used cilantro and onion on that one. The pupusa was like cornmeal-flavored flatbread with some other things going on. I got it "con revueltas" (there are other options) where they added cheese, beans, and some pork, I think? Very nice.
