El Parian

Here's the thing I grew up in Texas where going out for Hispanic food just seems mundane. However visiting El Parian was anything but mundane. The food was excellent with enough spice to light up your palette but not so much that you can't eat it. The food here feels more fresh and taken care of than some of the other places in this town. My server for two of my visits has been John and the man is fantastic. He always checks on us after our firsts bites and ensures our refills are constant. Add that in with a killer personality and you've got a top tier server. The prices are fair not too expensive for any one dish. I will say after all this positivity the only thing that gets me is the floor it doesn't seem to mesh with the rest of the restaurant's atmosphere but that's just being picky.

I placed a large order for my clinic & it was a MESS by the time I got it a few miles up the street. This is the 2nd time I’ve placed a large order & had a bad experience at this location. The 1st time they didn’t have any drink carriers & fruit punch flew all over my car. I drive a luxury car & had to get a detail afterwards. When you’re spending hundreds of dollars with a business, you expect to have a good experience. After this 2nd experience I went by to show them the pic & explain what has been happening. They apologized but didn’t try to resolve this at all. A huge miss on their part. Doubt I’ll use them again because all trust is lost on getting the food & drinks transported without completely ruining the interior of my car. Picture for reference.

We had a tonight out and decided to try this newer place to eat and the food was delicious and great.! And the staff was so friendly and welcoming, we had a great meal and we will definitely be back again.

We've visited El Parian several times, and the food has been consistently good, the service fast, and everyone has been friendly! The only negative (IMO) is that they serve Pepsi products. Their prices were fair and the servings were big.

I love the food! Most of the service members are young and at times it shows but they are all super sweet and trying their best! All VERY POLITE! Love the cheese dip! Very clean! Perfect for the slow pace of Hope, AR 😀 Only suggestion I could have is to put some money into that parking lot, it’s rough in areas.
