El Nibble Nook

Great restaurant!!! We go here roughly once a month or so with the entire family and my inlaws. It has become somewhat of a tradition. All the food is fantastic. We haven't tried anything that wasn't delicious. The staff is great too, but we do have a favorite regular server. His name is Curtis and he's great at what he does. He's so patient with my youngest child. He's friendly, kind, funny, engaging, and all around a good guy. We love coming to eat, but also seeing him too! Go for the hunger, come back for the great food and amazing service! Anytime I mention this restaurant someone says how much they love it. You can't go wrong stopping here for a bite to eat. The next time I go I'll update this review with some photos of the food. Until then just go!!!! You won't regret it!

We had a great dinner, especially with the great service by Emily our server! Very nice, patient and thorough! We dropped in and had a couple of beers, complimentary chips n salsa and we were offered the on the specials list, we tried the fried avocado as an appetizer, which is amazing! Comes with chipotle dip! We also had the chicken and cheese enchiladas, and the bowl of Mexicali Chowder. All enough for 2 and plenty to share! The food was really good, service amazing, highly recommended! Thanks Emily!

The food we had was absolutely terrible. When reading the reviews of the restaurant, one would think that they have good authentic Mexican food, but it was not at all. The food had very limited flavor. My wife got the fajitas that were seasoned horribly and came out in a pool of grease. The chips and salsa were equivalent to getting Gordon foods brand and eating it at home. I got the enchiladas and the cheese on top was so much more than the enchiladas themselves. Both my wife and I went home and evacuated the contents of our stomachs not by our choice because of how bad the food was. Would not recommend to anyone. To get higher quality food for the same price, there are so many other options.

Really cute Mexican restaurant tucked away. It’s close to my house but I never knew it existed because it’s tucked away. The service was great and the food was very tasty. They gave us chips and salsa when we walked in and we got our food pretty quickly. It was decorated very nicely inside and had a cozy feel to it. They take reservations here just incase you needed to know. We called about a table for 6 and they had everything ready for us when we got there. We were seated right away.

How can I make a long story short? Just, tell the story. My story started back in the mid eighties, beginning with the Livonia location. I gained 50 pounds from frequent visits, at least three times a week. On the day I got married the Nook was our first stop (honey moon). Over the past 15 years I’ve switched to the West Bloomfield location. I don’t go as often, but when I do go, I always enjoy the staff and food. The Margaritas are the Best In Town!!!😍😍😍😍😍😍😍💯
