El monstruo de los sanwhiches

My wife and I came across El Monstruo de los Sándwiches food truck by accident after traveling to Allentown area from jersey. I have to tell you, being Puerto Rican, I have had many Puerto Rican style sandwiches and the ones I had from this food truck, are right up there with the best I’ve had. Extremely fresh, extremely authentic and extremely delicious. The owner was super friendly and engaging. Wish I lived closer because it would be a regular spot for me.

This place has amazing sandwiches!!! Bringing back flavorful memories from my beautiful island!!! Best in the Lehigh Valley !!! This is a gem 💎 , customer service is splendid 👌 this is a must try. They got call in ahead for curve side pick up and their menu in the summer changes a bit bringing gazpacho sandwiches 😍🤤🤤🤤 !! I have eaten here ever since I found them and I have forgotten to write a review or post a picture because all I want to do when I got those sandwiches is eat them!!! 😅🤭 I will try and update later with pictures of my order from today. First time eating, and the food was great! Everything was hot and fresh. I am puerto rican, born and raised. I can say their food took me back to the island. Definitely going back. I ordered off of door dash, also called to ask if the entree included mayoketchup and the customer service was perfect.

This is a great food truck. The sandwiches are great and big. The steak sandwich was delicious. And the care that goes into their preparation shows you they care. Been here twice and will pass by again on a lazy weekend when I want a good sandwich.
