El Mezcal

I got the chimichanga, it was good but was definitely hoping for better, the picallo meat is what I got an it was alil tough but could add more flavor for sure. I did take out, and there’s a new girl there that took my order she was super sweet and accommodating! I didn’t catch her name but she’s kinda short, black hair, slim and she was alil dark toned, and maybe like 17-18 years old. Idk if yall give props for perfect service, just wanted to let it be known she did well cause I was kinda undecided and she was very patient with me 😊

The food was really very good. Seafood nachos as appetizer and steak, chicken, shrimp build your own fajitas. Waitress was nice but didn't smile much and forgot a few things. Overall a very pleasant visit. I would recommend it. Atmosphere was loud because the acoustics in the place us not good. Had a hard time hearing person across the table from me.

What a gem! We had never been to Dell Rapids before so we turned left on a Sunday afternoon. Lucky for us El Mescal is there. The atmosphere is clean and nicely decorated. There’s a full liquor bar and lots of table seating. Both the Shrimp Chimichanga and Beef Mole were delicious. As usual, we ate too much but it was worth it. We had great service too. We will certainly return when in town.

We walked over to El Mezcal from the Dell Rapids City Campground for a late lunch and we were so happy that we did! Fantastic salsa and our meals were fresh, hot and very flavorful! Our server was friendly and very attentive. Thanks for a great lunch!

Got a take out order and they forgot an item...AGAIN. Who is in charge of expo? They should be fired. The first time this happened the owner ran to the kitchen scared to talk to me. Do better. You have lost a customer. We went there way to often anyways. Bye.
