El Mazatlan

The food was delicious. All the staff that we interacted with were very nice with great customer service skills. The food came out hot, fresh, and fast. Nice sized portions were given so we had to take some with us. The only issue was the music was too loud.

I hate to give a 3 star. I was there for close to 2 hours , the waitress came to the table 1 time, and that was when we was fixing to leave just to finally ask if we wanted refills. The food was amazing, but it would have been nice to have our drinks refilled. The place was not packed there was hardly anyone there but the the waitress could of check on us for refills and to see if everything was alright every so often but she stayed mostly in the back.

The food and service at this restaurant are outstanding. This was my second visit in two weeks. My family and I have a new favorite right here. It's apparent that they use authentic spices to give the food terrific flavors. Today, the restaurant had a live band that played for different sections. What a wonderful experience. Lastly, the customer service was just as awesome that as last time. Really a top notch establishment. Great job.

This restaurant always has wonderful food and great service. We have been coming here for years and will continue !
