Trying this food truck for the first time and let me just say… I LOVED it! 🇨🇺✨ The service was amazing — such sweet and attentive people who made the experience even better. The food? Absolutely delicious! Everything was packed with flavor and the portions were huge. You definitely get your money’s worth. We got a POLLO A LA PLANCHA an EMPANADA A Cuban Coffee A sandwich Cubano A bistek Milanesa I will 100% be going back and highly recommend it if you’re looking to try something new and tasty! 10/10 experience

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Slice of Home in Edinburg! Coming from Miami, my standards for Cuban food are incredibly high—and this place is a 10/10. The flavors are spot-on and truly brought me home. The portions are generous, and the service is exceptionally warm and welcoming. I’m already counting down the minutes until my next visit for the croquetas and pastelitos! 🇨🇺

Went today for lunch, met the owners and got to talk to them for a bit, awesome people!!! We lived in Lakeland Fl, for 3/12 years and we miss our Cuban food!! We both had a Cubano and they were delicious!! Highly recommend! The sandwiches are huge and they come with fries.

Drove all the way from Brownsville and let me say IT WAS WORTH THE DRIVE! Got Pan de lechon and the cubano 10/10 the tostones with the sauce it came with killer theyre crunchy! The amount of food is definitely worth it and The colada IS DEFINITELY MY FAVORITE its hard to find authentic cuban food in the valley but this place is that and more!
