El Mariachi at Wiles Road

Pleasant surprise. The staff was attentive and the food was absolutely delicious. The guacamole had great flavor. Can't wait to go again.

El Mariachi was a nice surprise. We sprung a group of 13 on them and they were happy to start their day with us! The portions were big, service was a little slow but servers were very nice. The food was great, drinks nice and strong, colorful interior and overall great experience. Small place but would go back if in the area again! 👍👏

We've been here before but it was long time ago. Pleased to say that the food quality hasn't changed! We loved all the food we tried :) Husband and son ordered the lechon asado. They loved it!! I had the grilled chicken which was very good. The beans and maduros (yellow plantains) that comes with were delicious as well. Grandkids had tacos & ropa vieja (not pictured). They liked them too. Portions are pretty good. Had a bit of leftovers. Service was good and attentive. Oh, and the chips and salsa they give you were very good and fresh! 100% recommend for both Mexican and Cuban dishes!

It was our first time here and the last unfortunately. The positives are the host and server was nice and the restaurant was pretty. The chips and salsa and the appetizer empanadas were good. The chimichanga and Cuban sandwich were not good however. They looked nice on the plate, but they did not taste as nice. The chimichanga was not crispy on the outside and the shredded chicken was very salty on the inside. I took two bites and asked for a to-go box. The rice had no flavor and was dry, in addition to the guacamole tasting rotten. The refried beans were okay, but salty as well. Now my husband thought it was safe to get the Cuban sandwich but the meat was sparse with one piece of ham folded over with very little dry pork. It was mostly bread. The fries were good. We have eaten at El Mariachi restaurant on a regular basis for many years. El Mariachi is a small storefront restaurant with additional seating outdoors on the sidewalk. We used those outdoor tables many times during the pandemic. Today we ate inside. The food is consistently good, service is reliable and efficient and atmosphere is clean and modern. The restaurant was remodeled in recent times. We have noticed that the prices have risen steadily in these inflationary times. We usually order our basic favorites, the original burrito and quesadilla meals, which save over more expensive choices on the menu. Another way to save is through the loyalty program, which automatically racks up credits based on my credit card number. Before long, I'll have enough credits for another meal on my point
