El Maguey Mexican Restaurant

I really had high hopes for this place however my expectations were not met. I have another restaurant which is my basis of comparison but that place covers all bases with food, service, quality, price and atmosphere. First, the service. I ordered a table side guacamole but it never came out however the salsa was good and so was the cheese dip. Ordering the food was quick and seamless along with the drinks. The quality of food however was a different story, the carne asada as dry and extremely tough. The chicken enchiladas tasted like shrimp as well as the sweet tea. The positive note was having to pay, it can be done with scanning a QR code on the receipt. Will I give this place another try? Only time will tell but for the time being I’ll be seeking other places.

This place is so beautiful love the art work they have and it’s super clean! The staff is super friendly food comes out fresh and I love that they offer full size and half sizes to the Arroz California I got mine in half size only chicken it was absolutely the best I’ve had hands down. My fiancé got the Texas full size he was extremely pleased with the food just thought it needed more rice. For the salsa delicious but I think it needs a little hotter one but over all love this place wish I lived closer I’d come here more for sure.

Nice spot tucked away on the corner of this small community. Wonderful cuisine. I had the Molcajete Volcôn.....surpassed expectations. Flavorful,top mark presentation, plentiful portions. Very pleased i chose this spot. Check it out everyone!!!!!

This is the best Mexican food my wife and I have had in a long time. Good food, good portion, FAIR PRICE, and good service. We will definitely be making the short drive here from now on.

We absolutely love El Maguey Mexican Restaurant! The food is absolutely amazing. The service is excellent! This has become one of our favorite places to dine when visiting Brooklet.
