Great pizza, I did see the negative reviews but my experience was not so. I went in the middle of the week, ahead of rush hour and waited around 14 minutes for a really good pepperoni pizza and homemade lemonade . I was expecting to be wowed by the lemonade ….it was not with the $7, should have grabbed the $3 pellegrino instead. Will return for sure.
Birria Pizza Bliss at Solaire Social! 🍕🔥 Stopped by Solaire Social Food Hall for a quick bite and ended up having a next-level pizza experience! My friend ordered the Birria Pizza from El Jefe Wood Fired Pizza, and wow—it was divine! Crispy, cheesy, and packed with bold flavors. The best part? It comes with a rich consommé for dipping, adding an extra layer of savory goodness. Eat it as is or go all in with the dip—either way, it’s a flavor bomb. Huge shoutout to Miguel from El Jefe for bringing it to our table and sharing the pro tip on how to enjoy it best. Friendly vibes + amazing pizza = 10/10 experience! 📍 Solaire Social Food Hall 🍕 El Jefe Wood Fired Pizza 💬 Would you dip or not? Drop your vote below! ⬇️
I don’t like giving negative reviews but I relied on positive reviews to choose this place for dinner. The pizza was not edible. It’s also not wood fired as the name suggests so they could have adjusted the oven temp to make a proper pizza. My son’s pizza was not as bad. The lemonade was good, albeit over priced. People were nice.
I never expect much from food trucks, but this one completely blew my mind. The pizza was perfection—charred, blistered crust with just the right chew, thick-cut pepperoni that curled into crispy little cups, and cheese that pulled with every bite. Every element was on point. I devoured the first slice so fast that I had to order another. This wasn’t just good for a food truck—it was some of the best pizza I’ve had, period.
El Jefe Wood Fired Pizza used to visit our apartment community, Fenwick Apartments, on a regular basis. Absolutely delicious pizza! We miss you! Please come back!
