El Jalapeño (Food Truck)

Tacos $1.50 each now. Tortas $7. Some prices changed but nothing crazy, just a heads up to don't expect the same prices as in the pictures. Tacos and mex hot dog is what I got and on my they were so good, def give it a try if you haven't and my favorites so far by far...

Food was freshly cooked, barbacor tacos were pretty good, beef tacos were good not the best I've had. Beans were not good at all with a hard sour taste so it's not a place I'll be running back to to eat. My wife just likes them and I'm not much on eating out at all unless it's healthy. This was just a let's just grab something to eat type of night. Thanks

I HATE to leave a bad review. I've been stopping by this place for years. But recently the quality has taken a dive. The gorditas I got tonight were so hard they crunched like tostadas. There was barely any meat in them or cheese. Prices have gone up lately but that means quality should be the same or make it cheaper and give and justify the low quality. PICK ONE. Also they put the salt in the same bag the frijoles charros come in 9.5/10 the salt packets will be unusable because the bean juice leaves out. Who's idea is this? Fix that. I didn't receive salsa in my order. On a Saturday night I usually get good food and service. Food from this place usually isn't that great during the weekdays and I get it since you'll keep your A Team staff for the weekend. But again, it's Saturday and I'm g

I see a lot of reviews are disappointed in the service , however I understand that they are always busy no matter what day of the week it is . I always make my order pay and get my tacos ... easy. I recommend to call ahead of time so you won’t have to wait . 🌮🌮

Terrible tacos and gorditas maybe I dare to say the worst I've tried in the Houston area. The only thing positive to say about this is the salsa is spicy is not tasteful but it's spicy. The meat is overcook on the tacos and they put about a teaspoon of meat on them. The gorditas ingredients are subpar with no fresh queso just the truck a few block downs will give you better ingredients. Not to mention I was overcharge 5 dollars extra from the cashier lady in hazel eyes which I've read multiple reviews of her bad attitude and terrible customer service. I didn't experience anything different. Just "what you want", "that's all" and the price. Which i didn't want to fight it i just consider it a tip. But trying the food afterwards and consider the bad customer service i shouldn't of given her
