El Fresco Tex-Mex Grill

Perfect Find! Inviting atmosphere, delectable eats, very warm manager and staff, so so clean and organized space, delicious salsa bar, and tv channels available to watch while you dine or wait! I was taken with the amazing soundtrack... makes you wanna dance the entire time! My very 1st visit, I happened upon a perfect parking spot on a different side of the building in search of a different restaurant... and there it was - El Fresco! So, I came in for brunch and decided to stay to study and relax for a few more hours!

Their food is a bit different from the Tex-Mex I’m used to here in Orlando, but not in a bad way! I had a bowl with steak and shrimp over rice, along with some refried beans. Pretty good overall...it could’ve used a bit more seasoning, but that’s easy to fix with a little salt and pepper. Since I had my order delivered to my hotel, I can’t speak to the restaurant’s decor or the in-person service. However, the gentleman who delivered the food was very polite and even thanked me for doing business with them. I’ll be back in Virginia next month and will probably order from them again, or maybe stop by the restaurant if I have time.

From the sizzling fajitas to the perfectly seasoned tacos, each bite was a delight. The salsa and guacamole were freshly made and the perfect accompaniments to our meal. One of the most impressive aspects of El Fresco Tex Mex Grill was the fast serving time. My sister ordered your 10 piece enchiladas on 12/22/25. What was received was a pan of ground meat topped with tortillas, cheese, and minimal sauce. We did not receive enchiladas. When we dished out what we thought were enchiladas, there was no tortilla on the bottom. In some parts of the dish, there were small pieces of tortilla mixed in with the ground meat. The ground meat was not rolled in tortillas. The dish was also re-warmed once we got it home, and the tortillas and meat were just a soft, soggy mess. This was so disappointing and a waste of hard earned money. This is the second time this has happened. I am visiting from Texas, and was looking forward to the meal. After placing my order, I received a pager. There was a salsa bar where I could choose salsas for the chips. I picked up my food from the counter when it was ready. The atmosphere was fantastic—spacious with high ceilings, and I loved the large mural that added character to the space. I decided to try the Carne Asada Con Cameron, a standout dish at this Tex-Mex restaurant. It features marinated grilled steak, and succulent shrimp served on a bed of Spanish rice, topped with fresh Pico de Gallo and melted cheese sprinkled with cilantro. My meal also included pinto beans, a small salad with ranch dressing, sour cream, and tortillas on the side. It was delicious, filling, and reasonably priced for the portion sizes and quality.
