El Charro Bar and Grill

Cute, modern, casual Mexican bar & grill with very flavorful food. From the chips & salsa to the ceviche to the delicious entrees, everything we tried was delicious and fresh. Every plate was served very promptly and each dish was carefully presented. Next time, we will have to try to save some space in our stomachs for dessert because one grandson fancies the fried ice cream and the other the sopapillas or flan. We did not try anything from the bar but from the other tables I could hear compliments for the margaritas, wide selection of beers and Tequilas. El Charro Bar and Grill has EXCELLENT Mexican food! This was our first visit and it won’t be our last! The restaurant is beautiful and clean, the service was outstanding and our food was DELICIOUS! This is definitely a great place to stop with the family. They can easily accommodate large groups and have ample bar seating. I highly recommend El Charro Bar and Grill.

We used to visit The Guide House all the time and were so sad when it closed, but we were thrilled to hear a new restaurant opened in its place. And wow — the makeover is incredible. The space is so cute and welcoming! Everyone working here was so friendly, and you can truly tell they put their heart and soul into this place. The food was amazing. I ordered the chicken and steak fajitas, and they were delicious — and the beans might be the best I’ve ever had. I could easily eat five more bowls of just those beans. Prices were totally reasonable too. We’re so excited to finally have a restaurant in town that tastes this good. Thanks for creating such a cute place with delicious food. We’ll definitely be back!

I’ve eaten here 3xs now and really enjoy the food. There’s plenty of Tex-Mex options if you’re bringing a friend who doesn’t love Mexican food that they’ll likely enjoy. Of course there’s also some fantastic Mexican food if that is your thing and you’re looking for something authentic. Gotta also say the selection of beer is also solid. I’ve also always been really happy with the service. The staff is friendly, helpful, and very fast. The only complaint I have is the atmosphere. The place is covered in very noticeable AI art. It gives the place an air of inauthenticity. For how much these massive prints of AI art cost I have to imagine they could have gotten a real artist to do pieces for them or gotten prints from a real artist. I really enjoyed the food, and the house margarita was excellent for the price! The people were super friendly, and the atmosphere was wonderful. I can’t wait to return next month for my birthday!
