When I called to express my concerns about the quality of the food I received, I clearly heard a male voice in the background say “eso es paja”—completely dismissing my feedback. That level of disrespect is unacceptable. I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time, but the baleadas I received today were extremely disappointing—barely any beans, which is supposed to be the main ingredient. I was simply trying to bring awareness to the issue, not cause problems. I had been looking forward to enjoying a family dinner, but even the appearance of the food fell short. The pollo con tajadas was good and the tacos de carne asada was good too, the tacos hondureños were not that good they were a little tasteless and needed salt, the pupusa was ok but the salsa de tomate was really bad, I really do not recommend The pupusas because of the salsa de tomate was really bad like water and ketchup.

The food was good, but be very careful when paying here. A few days after my visit, I noticed several fraudulent charges on my card. When I contacted the owner, he was rude and unprofessional, refused to give me copies of the receipts, and offered no help. My bank confirmed the charges were made manually, which suggests that someone at the restaurant takes photos of customers’ cards. This place used to be on University Boulevard, where it already had terrible reviews, and even after moving, the bad practices remain the same. Recommendation: Pay only in cash, or if using a card, make sure the payment is processed right in front of you while keeping your card visible at all times.

We came for breakfast on our way out of town. The baleadas sencillas are supreme. The flour tortillas are homemade, the beans are perfectly seasoned and they don’t skim on the avocado. I would totally come here again for this. The service is kind. Coffee is as you’d expect from Folgers. But that’s not why you come to a catracho restaurant.

This restaurant is the worst it hasn't changed this is the same dirty place that before on university boulevard . Unrecomended
