El Capitalino Truck

My church is in the area, so I decided to go after service one Sunday to see what all the hype was about. My Pambazos was grilled EXTRA crispy. You know they knew they were serving it to me burnt, but did so anyway. The Quezadillas Fritas were really good, but definitely did not make up for the latter. Very disappointed!

You are NOT ready for this food truck. I WASN’T. Lol We ordered quezadillas fritas and MY GOD. It literally left me speechless. My first bite was the asada and I swear I was transported into a different dimension lmao! It was amazing! The tinga de pollo also so delicious, overall the service was fast and the (assuming) owner was sweet and friendly. There are tables and chairs underneath a couple of canopies so enjoy the food while it’s still hot :)

Get there early or you might miss out! You might think the quesadillas fritas or quesatacos are heavy and greasy but you'll be pleasantly surprised! Made with the right amount of everything they'll leave you asking for more!!! Enjoy!

Underrated ! Barbacoa Sat and Sunday's. One of the best barbacoa i've tried and they do hands made tortillas. 5 Stars no doubt.

Unbelievably delicious food! The quezadillas fritas were some of the best “tacos” I’ve ever had! Filled with cheese and meat and then the crispy tortillas shell- it was incredible! So excited to come back again!
