El Campirano Taco Truck

I want to give an honest review of my family’s experience of El Campirano in Coexist parking lot: 1. My son ordered chicken tostadas. The man even repeated: “Chicken?” Yet, he was served steak tostadas. 2. The portions are extremely small for the price. 3. All the tacos were half cilantro and not as much meat as they could be. 4. The rice and beans tasted like nursing home rice and beans. Not a single seasoning was used. Not even salt. 5. I’ve NEVER seen Mexican or Spanish rice that contains frozen mixed veggies (carrots, green beans and corn) and you can tell they were frozen from the bag. When they advertise online that the rice is made traditionally. The elote was good. If I was meant to simply enjoy corn for dinner. Although the cotija cheese smells rancid. 1/10 because I mean, we ate

Very sweet people who run this truck and delicious food. I would definitely recommend trying the birria tacos or soup, I've had both and it was delicious. The birria soup comes in a small or a large, and in my opinion, the "small" could be the large! Definitely bigger than I expected. There were some outdoor tables to sit at when I was there.

This is a no frills stop for sure but it's 100% worth the time and money. The food was good, the sauces were great, it was well priced. They have a little table that you can sit and enjoy on a nice day. It's a good truck so you are likely going to eat in your car or take it home. Everything I had was fresh and well made. They take cards. Go get food from them!

The birria tacos are phenomenal. Tons of flavor. Love this taco truck. And they have outdoor seating now too!

Customer service was decent. If you’re coming here for Spicy sauce FORGET IT. I was super dissatisfied in the size of the sauce, it barley was enough for one taco. You get literally about 2 QUATER SIZED amount for 4 tacos. Other places will give you a more decent size.
