El Café

The breakfast was so good. I had the Cowboy Benedict and my boyfriend had the meat omelette. We also got the fried cheese curds as an appetizer which were yummy, too. The service was friendly and fast even though it was busy. Their pies and cinnamon rolls looked really tasty but we didn't order any. We will definitely go there again to try them out.

Always very personable. Small friendly restaurant. I come on a regular basis here with my grandpa and the staff treats him like their good friend. The manager always takes the time to greet us and ask how we're doing, today even sitting down and to have a conversation with us. I order something different every time and I'm always pleased with my meal.

Nice spot in Port Edwards. Food is above average, the desserts look irresistible, and the service is phenomenal. This place is very family-friendly, involved in the community, and supports many other local businesses in the area.

Best breakfast in the Rapids area!!! All the classic diner options, plus traditional Mexican style items & ingredients that you can’t find elsewhere - the chorizo was delicious and went perfectly in my skillet with bacon, scrambled eggs, green pepper, onion, and breakfast potatoes! Everyone was so friendly and responsive, I honestly can’t remember the last time I felt so comfortable and at home while dining. Just an incredibly warm and welcoming atmosphere! As a dad with two young kids, the bathroom was another highlight. Super clean, and included a really nice changing station accessible to both moms and dads! Truly family-friendly!! Can’t wait to go back - El Cafe is our new go-to breakfast spot, and it’s not even close!!

I order take out at a certain time as someone was picking it up on there way to me. They got there 10 min before the time specified and it was sitting waiting not under any warm lights kudos for getting done early, I only live 4 miles from there and my fish was ice cold soup was cold, it tells me my food had been sitting there for awhile as there wasn't any sign of warmth, they did offer a free meal which was nice
