El Bochinche Restaurant & Bar

The food was disappointing. The bandeja paisa came with patacones and pork meat, which I found odd. The beans were overcooked, and they served a very small arepa on the side. They also charged me for everything possible. Additionally, the atmosphere was quite loud and crowded with people drinking at the bar. I do not recommend this place.

I went to have breakfast with my wife and the person who received us at the entrance was very friendly. When we were taking off our coat to sit down, the waitress arrived with the menus and without us sitting down she was still asking us what we wanted to drink. Later when she took our order, it seems that she was in a hurry, the waitress served us as if she were in a bad mood. When it came to paying, she was pressuring us to pay and leave, I mean, that’s how she treated us! The coffee was good, but we didn’t like the food very much. I think the rice they used for the “calentado” was damaged. I hope this does not happen to a litigating citizen, because selling damaged food is demandable.

The food was good, but the service is quite slow. We ordered several dishes and they took a long time to arrive and they did not arrive together. The girl who served us was friendly, but the service in general is not good.

I ordered a large Picada to pick up on Mother's Day. The food tasted awful and dry, so I guess it was not fresh. The meat was too dark and tasteless. After the $91 bill, nobody in my family could eat anything for lunch. Do not recommend getting food from here ever.

Foods are really great, all employees are very nice and kind! We’ll def visit again!
