El Atardecer Restaurant

This place has delicious food! The menu is not huge, but what they have on there, they do very well! I got three tacos (chicken, steak, and pork) and they were all delicious. It was hard to pick a favorite. I also got a pupusa and that was delicious as well. Definitely coming back.

This place is fantastic, everyone in there is always super nice, the food is always fresh and delicious, this is my go to spot when I can’t decide what to eat. There’s always something here that I like.

It is a cozy place with great food. The pupusas were tasty. The steak, rice, beans were all very good. We will be back.

Best Central American food around HANDS DOWN. It is so very hard to find authentic and tasty central american food around, especially in the Indian Trail area. El Atardecer delivers 100% It's conveniently located and while It's small and has limited seating and parking, the food is tastiest around. I had chicken with rice, refried beans, and chicken. My wife had the fried chicken tacos; we both asked for fried plantain sides, and a cheese pupusa and one with pork, beans, and cheese. It was all reasonably priced and bursting with flavor. Everything from the refried beans which was moist and perfectly seasoned, to the chicken, soft and moist, yet thin. Everything was perfect. I don't know how they did it, but even the sour cream was the best I've had in my 9 years in the United States. I

The food was undercooked. And there was one person taking care of the whole place.So no real attention from anyone there, the atmosphere was fine, my biggest disappointment is that the food was not cooked. And I was just very disappointed, i don't think i'm going to spend my money here again.
