ordered dubai strawberries, usually their other snacks are really good but this was disgusting, the pistachio isn’t even creamy how it’s supposed to be it looks like literal milk and they use nutella or either chocolate that turns HARD and the taste isn’t even pleasant either like others… literally looks like throw up do better…

This place is very nice and clean. The workers are friendly and they have so many options of paletas. I chose the esquites with hot cheetos this visit and it was so good, 1000 out of 10! Next time I want to get the strawberries and cream cheese flavor paleta. It sounds amazing.

Are you kidding me? Unbelievably horrible service. When I entered, there was only 2 people in front of us and we waited for them to finish their orders. But as they were finishing up their orders, other people entered this place as well. As I was waiting however, We expected to be served next but INSTEAD they served the OTHERS Instead? They completely ignored us and we waited for 15 mins and not ONCE did they ask or talk to us for our orders. Absolute disgrace. 0/10

We were waiting in line for over 20 minutes, and everybody else seemed to get serviced before us, Not once have the workers asked if we were serviced at all they just came to the natural assumption that we have already ordered. After telling the workers that we have not had service, we had to wait more time because they were still servicing other people before we were, And another line started forming for checkout. Overall, I’m very disappointed because coming to this location, attention to customer service always seems to be an issue.

This is the 3rd time this happens and definitely the last. Pay for a triple ice cream and only get half a cup. Not worth my money and definitely not worth my GAS. Their ice cream is not cheap so I expect to get what I pay for. $9.25
