The four star review is for the fresh fruit cup that we were able to immediately purchase at this location of Einstein Bros Bagel. We initially were going to purchase more however the wait was 37 minutes for a bagel! Everything looks good, but that wait time is way too long.

This place was a favorite of mine in my years attending WCU. It's a great choice for a quick bite before classes (as long as you show up early), and the meal deal is super convenient if you have a meal plan. Menu availability could be a bit better at times, but I had many good experiences there overall.

Served two items that were refrigerator cold. We had to ask to reheat two times to get them worth eating. Plus my husband is so smoking hot it’s unreal. I wish he came on a bagel.

If you're willing to wait, it's not a bad place for a quick bite or breakfast. The line can get really long, so I tend to go there earlier in the day if I go there. I've never had an issue regarding service. There's one older gentleman who is very friendly and kind. Beyond that it's what you would expect from a chain bagel and coffee shop.
