Einstein Bros. Bagels

The staff was courteous and the restaurant was clean during our visit. We recommend the texas brisket sandwich on a jalapeno cheddar bagel, as well as the caramel cold brew. Special shoutout to the staff: while we were sat eating our food, a customer came in who ranted his complaints about, of all things, the type-face of the menu. We were baffled sitting there listening to it, but to the staff's credit (especially the longer-haired gentleman taking the order), their customer service was remarkably professional as they sat through it and masterfully redirected to the order at hand.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five-Star Review I visit the Einstein Bros. Bagels at Antioch & 135th in Overland Park regularly, and it’s always a fantastic experience. I usually get the Baker’s Dozen, and the bagels are consistently baked to perfection—fresh, delicious, and exactly like the pictures. Samira and Justice are outstanding. They’re always smiling and make me feel like a welcome guest every time I walk in. You can truly see the pride they take in their work through both their service and the quality of the food. Excellent service, great bagels, and a team that goes above and beyond. Absolutely a five-star location!

Consistently Inconsistent. Where is the cream cheese?? Never know what quality the breakfast sandwiches will be, minimal to sufficient cream cheese, thin or regular size bagels no matter what you order. I saw an employee sneeze on the food today, he turned his head from food in front of him and sneezed on a whole rack of bagels. I’ve been an Einstein fan for at least 20 years in another state but this one needs some help. Do better Einstein Bros.

Bagels are always fresh and succulent. Customer service is top notch, Samira and Ouiza are always wearing a great smile and very welcoming whenever I step into this particular store. They’re a part of the reason I have been a regular customer. I highly recommend Einstein bagels and this store.

I had the best NovaLox bagel sandwich in 20 years at the location off Antioch and 135th bakery. It was full of so much flavor. They subbed the onion/chive smear for the plain and put it on the plain bagel. The bagel was delicious and a great size sandwich with plenty of smoky lox, sliced tomatoes,onions and capers. Have yours toasted for the best sandwich! I had this sandwich in Queens NY in 2025 at a well known Bagel restaurant. It didn't compare to my Einstein Bagel sandwich today!!!
