Einstein Bros. Bagels

This place is attached to a school. There is very limited seating. There are a couple of outside tables. They have limited hours M-F only. Because there were a few people standing waiting for their order, I decided to leave without ordering anything.

I called 2 days ahead of time to try to place an order for 2 brunch boxes for my company. They said theyd ask a manager and call me back. They never called, so i called again the next morning. The manager said they can make it when I want to pick it up because it wouldn't take long to make. When I went in 2 days later at 7:30 am when they opened, they had no idea what I was talking about. I told them a manager said they would be able to make it and it's for my company that's why I called 2 days prior. If they couldn't make it I could've made other arrangements. I understand some places dont serve it that's why I called. I showed them what it was online and they said they can still make it, which I told them I really appreciated. Why would you be closed on weekends and summertime if you're literally the only decent fast food place for breakfast? You don't even have Panera bread to compete with! They have me hooked on free coffee and daily breakfast. Why dont you offer half off coffee or free coffee with any weekend purchases and summertime to get the ball rolling! Don't shrink when you should be BOOMING. Make Pueblo Eggs again 😂 plz

Judy is always a joy to see in the morning and the food is pretty good too - one of the more affordable places on campus and made to order while you wait - almost everything is made fresh so a nice alternative to other eats on campus - ride safe Kg

Terrible location i drove in from springs from work said it would only take 15 mins took me 30 mons and couldnt even find it, when i called the lady told me it was on the campus and she couldnt tell me where they were located. Stupid.
