Einstein Bros. Bagels

The Staff was great! Thank you Avani and Lauren shift leader for helping us out. The girls are super friendly. They have a drive-through and app you can order through. Restrooms are available. You can also order a dozen or half a dozen of bagels. Catering is available online. 12/26/25

Had breakfast inside on a busy morning and everything was good. Place was clean and there's plenty of tables. Staff greeted everyone who walked in, someone took our order right away and it was ready quickly. Bagels were as expected and coffee was good.

First time at this location today. The place looks very nice and neat. Is not big like other locations. The service was kind of slow. We had to wait quite a while to get our take out order. I understand that this location has a drive thru and also they have to get their food ready but waiting time is long. Other than that, the staff is very nice and welcoming. The food was on point and good! Planning to continue going to this location.

The food at Einstein is always amazing. I truly don’t care if the service is a little slow — this isn’t McDonald’s, and the quality is far better. I’m happy to wait for good food. The reason for my rating has nothing to do with the food. It’s about the management. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve seen who appears to be the manager speak very degradingly to the employees (many of whom are kids). As someone who has worked under managers like that before, it’s really hard to witness. On multiple visits, I’ve heard her complain about employees to customers while they’re standing right there. One time my order was made incorrectly — which happens anywhere — but instead of handling it professionally, she ridiculed the employee in front of me, saying things like, “What is wrong with you? It
