Einstein Bros. Bagels

I’m very disappointed. I started coming to this spot on Sunday mornings & At first everything was awesome. I was definitely a bit turned away when an elderly customer spilled a beverage in line & the staff continued to laugh at them & scold them from behind the counter. Another time I ordered an iced chai & specifically asked to see the difference in iced chai beverage sizes, the worker turned around & made a hot chai, I was really confused because less than 5 minuets ago we conversed about the iced chai, she then walked away & ignored me when I tried to ask for it to be fixed. But I really did like the bagels, I continued on my routine of coming once a week on Sundays & somehow It just kept getting worse. I had received completely wrong bagels before, getting a plain when I ordered a blu

prices inched higher, and yet the bagels keep shrinking. almost 5 for a single bagel and shearm and its no kidding slightly bigger than a mini bagel.

It's clean for sure. Food is good. My problem with my last visit was that I ordered my bagel sandwich minus onion to go. When I got home there was onion on it. Ok... no big deal... I just take the onion slices off. I couldn't take the onion slices off since it was chopped onion. 😡 Since it was a $10 Lox bagel that I was craving for a few weeks, I ate it. Not worth driving back to the store which would wasted another hour of my day. Very disappointing.

Saddest transformation ever. I used to come here regularly and buy a bakers dozen bucket. The last two times I’ve been here the bagels are half the size and the specialty bagels were flat as a pancake. Some were underdone. They all tasted different and not good at all. I will not be coming here anymore. They used to be so good.

I go to this location almost everyday for work. Matt and the crew are excellent..They know my regular order, knock it out and always get it right! If you are looking for good food and great service I definitely recommend this place.. Ray G
