Einstein Bros. Bagels

First impression very clean and love to see 100 A+ on the wall. I was greeted with a smile from Heaven (great name by the way). I ordered the Texas Brisket and OJ. You can't go wrong with that Cheddar Jalapeño Gourmet Bagel. The wait was not long. I like to order my food when I arrive I need it to be as hot 🔥 as possibly known to man kind. Love the addition to the area.

Visited this morning and everyone spoke as if I had been there one million times! It was so Welcoming, it felt like an episode of Cheers, just with breakfast food. 🤣 My food was fast and warm. I ordered the Spinach Florentine bagel Maple House (I believe) and the Hashbrown bagel with the Santa Fe sandwich. I’m glad I was able to stop by today on this very cold January day, thank you to all the staff who were so kind-Miss E, JK, Felicia, Kendall Aiden, sweet NyAsia, and Gabby.

12/5/2025 As I and other customers entered this location I do remember that we were greeted at the door. I must say that was really nice. The staff was really busy, rightfully so. I ordered a Strawberry Banana smoothie and the Maple sandwich with no cheese. I usually check things before I leave and I was in a rush to get to an appointment. Once , I opened the sandwich I immediately saw cheese😩 Unfortunately, I couldn't take it back because I was already at my destination. Remember Team work makes the Dream work. One weak link can mess up the whole process. I called back to speak with the manager to let her know of this issue. She apologized, which I'm grateful for but now I'm out of my sandwich and my money. I have visited this establishment three times, and unfortunately, my experiences have been less than satisfactory. The first two visits were acceptable, though I found it inconvenient that there was no seating available for customers to wait for their orders. During my most recent visit, I encountered several issues. The young staff member mistakenly handed my order to another customer, who then went through my items before returning it. This situation raised concerns about sanitation, especially since orders are placed in a common area for anyone to grab. Upon receiving my order, I discovered that several items were missing. Update: I’ve finally got around to this location. Not the cutest location scenery wise but the inside is cute and the workers are so sweet!!! Rating went down one star. The vanilla cream cold brew is DELICIOUS. I ordered two maple house bagels and a brisket bagel. At other locations they do not skimp out on your toppings and portions, but I cannot say the same for here. I spent $30 and got one skinny piece of bacon on each of my maple bagel and a small serving of brisket on the brisket bagel. The cream cheese smears are also kinda thin. This food is pretty pricey and even more expensive through third party apps. I don’t mind paying the price but I would like my portions to match what I’m paying, especially in this economy. I’ll definitely be back though especially since this is the closes
