After being a more or less reluctant customer for many years (simply too lazy to look for better CPA), I filled out their review form last year with some suggestions for improvement. In return they cancelled my business rel.ship with them stating they did not like my review criticism. I wanna thank them now since I found a better tax advisor for half the price. But cancelling a long-standing business review because of this is very poor business practice.
