Eem Boone

We decided to try Eem Boone Asian Eatery on a snowy Tuesday night instead of finding something on King Street and it was a great decision. The food was very good and the parking was easy. The restaurant was about 3/4 full and they had at least 3 servers working so there was no waiting for our food and drinks. It must be a pretty popular restaurant because there was a constant stream of people coming and going while we were there. I look forward to going back when we’re in town.

Our first time and we will be back! Had the ginger duck, drunken noddles with crispy chicken, crab rangoon and octopus balls. Cozy atmosphere, great food (loved the veggies more on the al dente side), good service (one note to staff to monitor water as mine was out most of the time) but overall a great experience!

I was craving comfort food, so I decided to check out this place, and I was not disappointed. The location is in a plaza with plenty of parking, and the decor inside is very welcoming, reminding me of Thailand. I ordered pho, and the broth was delicious and exactly what I needed. The spring rolls were fresh, and they came with my favorite dipping sauce. The portion was generous, allowing me to save some room for dessert. I will definitely go back when I am around the area.

I came across Eem Boone by coincidence and what a delightful experience it was. I got a Tomyum soup as starter and got the Panang Duck as entrée. The soup was delicate with the right amount of spice and the duck was crispy and moist. The vegetables were just right and crunchy. The servers are on their toes, but not pushy. They give you time to enjoy your meal. As others mention, there is a big tv in the room that might take some attention away if you are easily distracted. However, I am happy to recommend Eem Boone if you fancy a Thai dinner.

Came here two day in a row. It is SO good! Crispy duck, flavorful dishes and nice quite dining environment. It is a family run restaurant.
