I love eating here but at this point I’m so frustrated like how hard is putting the sauce in the bag. Every time. Like once a week every week, order a spicy grinder house sauce on the side, and every time I get no sauce. Is there a special code to order it so I actually get the sauce cup on the side. Cuz it doesn’t seem hard. Like tonight they are all playing joking and having a great time when I get to the window at 8pm mind you so it’s not busy. And I get all the ranch I didn’t ask for and no house sauce. Like come on. I get home before I realize it’s a bucket worth of ranch. And no house. Does the house come out of their checks?! It has been a constant thing, it can’t be that hard to put a sauce cup in the bag. I’ve gone in and asked if There is a better way to ask and they look at me

I had an absolutely great experience during my order last night. My family and I was warmly welcomed by a gentleman at the register. He made recommendations on what's most popular. We enjoyed our food and this establishment was super clean. Thank you Jesus for making our first time to eagles amazing. We'll see you next month.

Came in last Thursday and was so welcomed by a gentleman Jesus. He aitomatically made my wife and I feel special on our date night, even recommended a movie to watch lol. He made sure our order was being complete and hand delivered. Your a shining star Jesus. Will recommend and will return with our big family. God Bless Jesus and eegees crew

I went through the drive through. Purchased 2 sandwich combo and a bacon fry. I asked for one of the sandwiches to be grinder style without peppercini or onions. I order this for my son because he is allergic to mayo and grinder style is not supposed to have mayo. When we got home (which is a 20 minute drive) my son took a bite and there was mayo in the sandwich. There was also fragments of peppercini and onion. These days paying $50 for a couple sandwich meals and a fry, I would expect better. There are other choices out there.

Ordered a chilli soup for $4.99 plus tax such a high price in my opinion for a small little tiny (it didn't look like) cup without cheese or onions on top. They asked to charge another $1.00 for those tobe added on top. It was thick mashed beans. Got a whole tuna sandwich which I asked to be cut in three pieces. They did cut it BUT they cut the sandwich with the paper so pieces of paper used to wrap the sandwich were in the sandwich. Because this happens often not just here I was disappointed once I saw the sandwich cut this way. Only half the sandwich had enough tuna on it, the other half barely any, and the lettuce, tomatoes, pickles barely covered the sandwich also. Paid $18 and some change for one sandwich so I don't think it's worth the money ESPECIALLY the little small chilli cup. I
