I don't usually write reviews. But I have submitted texts to this company twice (I needed translation and proofreading services for academic texts). I am sorry to say that it was a very poor experience. It was so bad that, on both occasions, the company accepted to redo the work without charging me. And, on one of these occasions, they finally agreed to return the amount paid in full. I don't need to say anything else, right?
