Edgar's Big Taco 2

#1. Place was very clean #2. Ordered chips and salsa, watched the waitress pour chips out of a store bought chip bag Yuck! #3. Ordered Big burrito (i asked for no rice or beans in it) So all that came in it was meat & cheese (OK that's fine) Tasted like canned meat (disgusting!) Didn't offer lettuce or sour cream (that might have disguised the taste) Lastly, the burrito was served on a paper plate! (What!! Who does that in a Mexican restaurant!) #4. Other person with me ordered green enchiladas, pretty bland no tasting dish! #5. NO I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Save your money and pay me to make you an awesome Mexican dish 😁

By far my favorite place for tacos in the area! Their quesabirria tacos are just right amount of flavor & heat, not too spicy just right. Wish they had a location in MARSHALL! But, their tacos are so good, they are definitelyyyy worth the drive to Kilgore. Pictured is BIRRIA pizza & quesabirria tacos both with barbacoa 🤤🤤🤤

This place used to be good, but not anymore! The whitest version of authentic Mexican food I've ever had. Tastes like something a cat would eat out of a can. Disgusting chunks of fat, gristle, and even had a bone chip in it 🤮 If you come, only order the sweet tea!

Edgar's taco was not good. The CHIPS and QUESO are store bought. The cilantro was matted, they provided no type of sauce. You can taste the results of cutting corners. The quesadilla meat resembled dog food, (I mean canned meat) the smell was not pleasing.

Pretty good food. Clean. Taste is heavier on the Tex side than the Mex. I've had the tacos and they're ok here but I was more impressed with the big burrito. Hot sauce was like thin tomato soup.
